summer reading: book suggestions

one of my favorite things to do in the summer is read.
i think i could read all day, every day if i was allowed to.

here are some of the ones i've already finished and loved this year.
 Edenbrooke
"edenbrooke" by julianne donaldson
i get easily caught up in a really good romance novel.
and this is probably my all-time favorite so far.

Seeking Persephone (The Lancaster Family #1)
"seeking persephone" by sarah eden
[and the rest of her books.]
i went on a spree and read just about all of them.  more regency time period, great stories.

Okay for Now
"okay for now" by gary schmidt
a young adult fiction.  based during the 1960's.  i enjoy books by gary schmidt.

 The Wedding Letters
"the wedding letters" by jason wright
this is the sequel to "the wednesday letters".  although, i didn't remember much from the first book, i was still able to follow along.  i would definitely recommend reading the first one though.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society
"the guernsey literary and potato peel society" by mary ann shaffer
this book was kind of slow for me at the beginning, i had a hard time getting into it.
but as soon as i realized the main plot, what was going on, i was hooked.

what's on your list to read this summer?
i always love a good recommendation!
