recipe: omelettes made easy.

Do you ever have a hard time getting omelettes into the perfect shape? Please say it's not just me.  I learned this trick in a high school foods class and have loved it ever since.  It's nice to do a bunch at a time in a big pot.  That way everyone can make the type of omelette that they want... and it can all happen at the same time!

The first thing you need to do is simply get water boiling.

Then mix all of your ingredients in a bowl.  I usually use about 4 eggs for a pretty big omelette. The rest of the ingredients are up to you! This one was for my husband who loves banana peppers.  They were surprisingly good in it.

Next mix all of the ingredients up and pour them into a ziploc bag.

Place the bag in the boiling water and let it sit for about 10 minutes. You might want to flip it occasionally.

After it's no longer runny, dump it out on a plate and you are ready to eat.  Seriously the easiest way to make the yummiest omelette.
